Air Magic India – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Air Magic India.
We want you to love every fragrance you buy from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

Air fresheners, car fresheners, refill packs, pillow mists and all fragrance products are hygiene-based goods. Once delivered, opened or unopened, they cannot be taken back due to:

  • Contamination risks

  • Safety & hygiene protocols

  • Shelf-life sensitivity

  • Inability to verify usage

  • Legal restrictions on reselling used/fragrance items

This ensures that every product we ship is fresh, untouched and safe for our customers.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used air fresheners, car fresheners, refills, pillow mists or body/contact products

  • Products purchased during special sale / clearance 

  • Free gifts, samples or promotional items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

If you’re unsure whether your product is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.


3. Eligibility for Returns

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if:

  • The product is leaking, broken or physically damaged

  • You receive a wrong product / wrong variant / wrong quantity

  • The product seems defective (spray not working, missing part etc.)

Email us at contact@airmagicindia.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging and product unboxing video

  • Short description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund, as appropriate.

  • Mandatory Requirement :-

For any claim or query, clear unboxing video is compulsory. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any request.


 

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

If your return is accepted, our team will:

  1. Share the return confirmation and instructions

  2. Provide the return address and any shipping label (if applicable)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to damaged / defective / wrong item sent by us, we will bear the reverse shipping cost.

Exact details will be shared by our support team when you raise the request.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.


7. Refunds

We do not offer refunds (full or partial) because:

  • This ensures every buyer receives a fresh, untouched, uncontaminated product

  • These are hygiene products

  • Once delivered, they cannot be restocked

  • Fragrance products cannot be resold after being in a customer’s possession

Since refunds are not offered, this section applies only if a special exception is made by our team (rare cases).

If more than 15 business days have passed after your case is approved and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us at contact@airmagicindia.com.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled; you may then request a return (if eligible) after delivery.
