We strive to deliver your fragrance products safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:

  • Sundays

  • Public holidays

During sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing time may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disruptions

  • Unexpected logistical issues

These delays are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected orders

  • Free shipping during promotions

  • Free shipping above minimum order value

Such offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

via email and/or SMS.

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.


5. Delivery Issues

If your order shows “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery status.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • Phone not reachable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Reshipping charges will apply.


7. Damaged Package During Transit

If you receive a visibly damaged package:

  • Either refuse delivery, OR

  • Record an unboxing video immediately

Contact us within 48 hours at:

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of package condition

We will investigate and provide a replacement if applicable.


8. Partial Deliveries

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


9. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship across India only.

International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.
